Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Buyer”, “you”, or “your”) and RipTide Health Ltd (“RipTide”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an Arizona domestic for-profit corporation. By accessing or using the website https://riptidekits.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

1. Products and Intended Use All products sold by RipTide Health Ltd, including but not limited to peptides (such as Retatrutide, MOTS-c, BPC-157, and GHK-Cu), research kits containing syringes, bacteriostatic water, alcohol wipes, reconstitution instructions, and any related laboratory supplies (collectively, the “Products”), are sold strictly and exclusively for research and laboratory use only.

THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION, DIAGNOSTIC, THERAPEUTIC, OR ANY OTHER USE. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency. No statements on this Site have been evaluated by the FDA. The Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK associated with the handling, storage, and use of these research chemicals. You acknowledge that the Products (and kit components) may be hazardous if mishandled and that any self-administration or use outside a controlled laboratory setting is strictly prohibited and entirely at your own risk.

By placing an order, you certify and warrant that: (a) You are at least 21 years of age; (b) You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution purchasing solely for legitimate scientific research purposes; (c) You will use the Products exclusively for research and laboratory purposes and will not use them (or any kit components) for human or animal consumption, injection, or any other prohibited purpose; and (d) You are not purchasing on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any person or entity intending human use.

All kit components are provided solely as convenient laboratory/research tools and do not imply or authorize any non-research application. RipTide has no affiliation with Eli Lilly or any pharmaceutical company, and “Retatrutide” is used solely to identify the research chemical compound.

2. Ordering and Payment Orders are subject to acceptance by RipTide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods provided on the Site. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our separate Refund Policy.

3. Shipping and Delivery Shipping and delivery terms are set forth in our separate Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns and Refunds All sales of research chemicals and kits are final. See our separate Refund Policy for limited exceptions.

5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, images, logos (including the RipTide logo), and product information, is the property of RipTide Health Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You further acknowledge that any injury, adverse reaction, or damage allegedly resulting from use of the Products is solely your responsibility and you waive any and all claims against RipTide arising from such use or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL RIP TIDE HEALTH LTD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any claim, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or product liability, is strictly limited to the purchase price you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RipTide Health Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your purchase, handling, storage, use, misuse, or self-administration of any Products (including any alleged personal injury or adverse health effect); (b) your breach of these Terms or any of the certifications/warranties above; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: (i) resell, repackage, or redistribute any Products without prior written consent; (ii) make any medical, therapeutic, or health-related claims about the Products; (iii) use the Products or Site in any way that violates applicable law; or (iv) engage in any conduct that could reasonably be interpreted as suggesting the Products are for human use.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona… [keep your existing strong Maricopa County venue clause — this is excellent protection against forum-shopping by a plaintiff].

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
