Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1) is a naturally occurring peptide derived from thymosin fraction 5, studied for its role in immune system modulation and T-cell function. It is one of the more extensively studied immunomodulatory peptides, with research spanning infectious disease, oncology, and aging.
